Terms And Conditions

1. AMC BOOK ONLY AT DUGAD TVS WORKSHOP AND FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE | valid for the year.
2. The AMC Book is non-transferable, in case the AMC Book is lost, a duplicate will not be issued.
3. Customers should bring AMC book along with them whenever they come to the workshop. Without AMC book, you will not be able to take advantage of the facilities associated with it. Parts and oil charges will be separate.
4. Only registered vehicle can be serviced through AMC book.
5. Engine, Accidental and Sublet work will not be eligible under AMC.
6. When the vehicle is in the workshop, you will be given a discount of 5% on parts, 40% on other labor and 25% on 9 labor works of the engine. This AMC is valid only on service and not on other labor work.
7. Once the AMC BOOK is issued, it cannot be canceled and its money is not refundable.
8. The jurisdiction of all disputes will be Indore.
